The EnergyTech UP submission deadline is Thursday, January 26 and the application is simple.

All you need to enter is a short summary and a slide addressing the energy technology you’ll leverage to create your business plan.

DOE’s Business Plan Competition Offers $370K to Students — WY Ranch The 2023 U.S. DOE’s Business Plan Competition - the EnergyTech University Prize - competition is underway. Students across the US will compete for $370,000 in prizes and the opportunity to bring a technology to the market.

Funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and accelerated by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, the American-Made Program incentivizes innovation through prizes, training, teaming, and mentoring.

They’ve grown exponentially since their inception in 2018 -36 prizes, 300+ industry members and national laboratories, and more than $110M in cash prizes and support - and counting!

As a network connector for 2+ years and a 2020 EPIC Round 1 award winner, this program has been incredibly valuable to WY Ranch and to Wyoming.
