Citizens For Responsible Spending

Comprised of residents and business owners from all areas of Shawnee, the group is encouraging voters to support two sales tax questions on the upcoming Nov. 4 ballot. The committee’s campaign asks voters to renew the existing 1/8 cent “Parks and Pipes” sales tax and to approve a 3/8 cent sales tax dedicated to street, curb and sidewalk maintenance.
