Iโve always been a believer in the basics. I donโt feel itโs necessary to reinvent the wheel when it comes to your workout. Basic functional movements such as squat, lunge, push, and pull are all movement patterns the body uses everyday. Working to master these basic fundamental moves will elevate your workout, and maximize the effectiveness.
