- Seared Salmon with Creamy Curry Sauce on a bed of Bacon Leeks Fondue
- Duck Breast with Orange Gastric Sauce and Buttery Mashed Potato
- Individual Red Fruits Pavlova

Here is the feedback that I got from our last event : "Actually, I want to thank you. We had such an incredible time Friday night. The food was spectacular, and the service even better. We were able to really enjoy the night and didn’t have to worry about cleaning or entertaining. We loved Jackie and Lynn! They were so efficient and both have lovely personalities.
I also so appreciated coming back to my kitchen once the guests had left and realized that I didn’t have any work to do at all. We will absolutely use you again!
