🌿 Some homes just know who they're meant for.

Woodshire Drive was one of those homes.

About six months ago, we were helping our clients search for a home so they could be closer to their son and his growing family. They were expecting their first grandchild, and everyone hoped to be nearby for this exciting new chapter.

The search eventually paused for a while... until late one Sunday night, we got a text:

"Hey, we think we may want to stay in Pittsburgh and find our forever home. Can you show us this house?"

Our response?

"We'd love to... but it has a highest and best deadline tomorrow afternoon."

So we got to work.

We met them at the very first showing, updated their pre-approval, put together the strongest offer possible, and won the home in a multiple-offer situation before 2:00 p.m.

We couldn't be happier for this family. They're incredibly talented gardeners, have great style, and completely transformed their first home (which sold off-market!). We already know they're going to make this house something truly special.

One of our favorite parts of this job is helping our clients move quickly when the right opportunity comes along. Sometimes the perfect home doesn't wait—but neither do we.

If you ever call us and say, "We want this house," we'll get to work.

One of the unexpected joys of serving on the Child Health Association of Sewickley Grants Committee has been discovering organizations that quietly make a tremendous impact.
The Lindsay Theater is one of those places; creating opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the arts, film and cultural differences is something so special.
