Our Hudson Valley Environmental Services Team provided comprehensive environmental due diligence and subsurface investigation services at 333 Grand Avenue and 154 Allen Street, identifying historical environmental impacts associated with long-term past industrial operations.

The results supported successful admission of the properties into the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP), positioning the sites for remedial action being dovetailed with planned redevelopment and maximizing Brownfield tax credits.

The northbound Gold Star Memorial Bridge opened in 1943 and is currently the second largest bridge in CT. With an estimated 60k vehicles passing over it daily, and its unique structure of thousands of structural pieces, rehabilitation is necessary to maintain the longevity. PVEDI is proud to be part of the revitalization of the bridge by providing construction support engineering to ensure inspection and repairs are done safely for workers and with minimal impact to commuters.
