Day 44: The area above the retaining wall is finally leveled out.

The construction crew said Tim looked at it and immediately started talking about a putting green. 😂

We have a feeling some of you are going to see the exact same thing.

Day 41.

A few days ago, someone commented on one of our videos and asked:

“How can I do this? I don’t know where to start.”

It stuck with me because I think we’ve all felt that way at some point.

When we first stood on this property, there was an empty warehouse and a vision for something great.

That’s really all “starting” is.

You don’t have to see the finished product before you begin.

You just have to be willing to take the first step, even when you don’t know exactly where it’ll lead.

One of our first steps was connecting with and learning from successful individuals in the business. From there - we didn’t stop talking with people about this business.

If you’re sitting on an idea, a goal, or a dream that feels too big, let this be your reminder that every project… no matter how impressive it eventually becomes… once looked like an empty warehouse.

We’ll keep showing the progress.
Not because the building is the story…
But because the process is.

Today’s plans got replaced by Mother Nature.

Flash flood warnings rolled through, the gym lost power, and what should’ve been a productive construction day quickly turned into problem-solving mode. Instead of building something new, Denny spent the day digging trenches to move water away from the building and protect everything that’s already been built.

It’s probably not the kind of progress anyone gets excited to post.

But it’s real progress.

Every project has days where the biggest accomplishment isn’t what you add… it’s what you prevent from going wrong.

Construction has a funny way of teaching that success isn’t just measured by what everyone can see. Sometimes it’s measured by the obstacles you quietly handle so tomorrow can move forward.

On to Day 41. 💪

To us, it’s the foundation of something we’ve dreamed about for years.

To them… it’s a jungle gym. 😂

It’s a good reminder that while we’re busy building a business, they’re busy making memories.

One day they’ll be able to say they were here from the very beginning. ❤️

Day 35.

We’ve spent weeks talking about what was coming…

Yesterday, it actually started… and all thanks to Denny and our GC.

The first retaining wall blocks were set, and it’s exciting to finally watch another major piece of the project take shape.

One step closer.

Day 28.

A week ago, this property was covered in mountains of dirt and rock. Today, they’re almost gone.

It might not look like the biggest milestone, but clearing the site means we’re finally making room for what’s next. The retaining wall is up next, and after that, this project really starts to take shape.

One load at a time. One step closer.

Debating membership names for an embarrassingly long amount of time. 😂

Turns out building a business isn’t just construction and big decisions. It’s hundreds of little conversations like this that slowly shape what people will eventually experience.

The behind-the-scenes is rarely glamorous… but it’s definitely entertaining.

Day 25.

The dirt and rock have officially started leaving the site, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Tomorrow, those mountains should be gone, leaving us with the blank slate we’ve been working toward since Day 1.

It might just look like piles of dirt disappearing… but to us, it’s the start of the next chapter… and an absolutely perfect reason to celebrate 🎉
