Good Morning!
As Dry January draws to an end, get ready for the February challenge!
For the month of February your challenge is to complete 25 burpees a day, (they can be modified if necessary)
If you really can't do a burpee, message me and I'll give you another option.

Now, for those of you that want to continue, we are adding the month of September! It takes 6 weeks to get into a routine.... so join me in the September challenge!
50 pushups
50 frog squats
50 situps
50 jump lunges (each leg!)
