As Dry January draws to an end, get ready for the February challenge!
For the month of February your challenge is to complete 25 burpees a day, (they can be modified if necessary)
If you really can't do a burpee, message me and I'll give you another option.

Labor day weekend. This crew did the 50s with me! What's your excuse ?
