You will be responsible for:
Supervising and assisting in-house er****on crew and overseeing client's construction crews with the er****on of the finest Luxury Tents and Tensile structures in the multi-billion dollar Glamping industry.

Manufacturing and installing log railing on new construction area homes & businesses from our Knoxville manufacturing facility.

Building high quality rustic furniture in our well-equipped wood & metal fabrication shop.

Every installer is a factory representative to our clients construction crews. Therefore, every installer will be trained as a lead. $20 per hour to start with travel pay and accommodations when necessary. (short term projects). Plenty of room to grow for the right people.
Ensuring safe operations during tent er****on and installs
Carrying out safety planning / job hazard analysis.
Planning workflow on the job and assigning tasks to personnel according to their skill level.
Documenting hours worked, inventory control and change orders.

To be considered for this position you:
Must possess supervisory and organizational skills.
Must be a self-starter with a desire to grow within the company.
Must be able to mentor and develop other personnel.
Must possess a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.
Must have at least 3 years of construction experience.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States
Must be proficient in written and verbal communication in English
Must be able to lift 70 lbs. without assistance
Must be able to climb and work at a minimum of 30 ft above ground level
Must be available for night and weekend work and overnight travel.
Per Diem paid when travelling

Experience:

Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred)

Driver's License (Required)
