What a sweet morning of worship with our church family!

Pastor Scott Carter brought a powerful message on the importance of seeking those who are lost. Preaching from Romans 9, he walked us through Paul's deep burden for those who did not know Christ and the incredible urgency with which he shared the gospel.

The Lord had so radically transformed Paul's life that he spent the rest of his days proclaiming the good news to anyone who would listen. His love for others was so great that he even said he would be willing to be cut off if it meant his fellow Israelites would come to know Jesus. What an incredible picture of gospel urgency and selfless love.

The message challenged us to ask ourselves: Do we view the gospel with the same urgency Paul did? Do we love the people God has placed around us enough to share the hope of Jesus with them? What is keeping us from stepping out in faith?

As you go throughout this week, remember to pray for B.O.B.:
• Burden for those who are far from God.
• Opportunity to share the gospel.
• Boldness to speak the truth in love.

May we be a church that doesn't keep the hope of Jesus to ourselves but faithfully shares it with a world that desperately needs Him. You are sent!
