In no way am I condoning what happend this week on a United Airlines flight, when a man was forcibly removed from the plane by officers, BUT I did want to share the interview that the CEO did this morning on Good Morning America. This is a text book example of how the company should have responded to this situation on Monday. Never be afraid to humble yourself, when appropriate. Notice the tone of this interview.
