Happy 12th Birthday to my best girl Kat♥️🎉🥳

This goat has no idea how loved she really is. The past few weeks, she’s been battling some radial nerve issues, but thankfully she has improved so much. She went from not being able to stand on her own for almost two weeks, to taking a few steps with assistance, to then taking a few steps without assistance. She has now stood up on her own a few times but sometimes needs a little help, and she can now walk fully unassisted.

It’s been a long three weeks, and our vet believes she could take another month to fully recover, but she’s headed in the right direction. I can’t thank my husband and parents enough for helping me take care of her through this and helping me get her up and down daily. She’s the herd queen, and she’s not coming off her throne just yet!
