Dear Naturally Gifted Family,

We want to begin by saying thank you. Your continued love, trust, and support mean everything to us. Because of you, Naturally Gifted has grown into more than a salon—it’s a family, a safe space, and a crown-care community.

We’re writing to share an important update regarding our services.

Beginning January 2026, there will be a $30 increase on all traditional loc services performed by me. This decision was not made lightly. The purpose of this adjustment is to help us intentionally save and invest toward a long-term dream: purchasing our own Naturally Gifted building by the year 2029. Owning our space will allow us to expand, elevate your experience, and continue serving our community for years to come.

As part of this next season, I am also being intentional about balancing my personal life while stepping fully into my role as CEO of Naturally Gifted. This growth allows me to focus on the bigger picture—leadership, longevity, and building a legacy—while still ensuring the quality and care you expect from our salon.

We also want to be very clear and transparent:

- Tiesha’s and Marquita's will remain the same.
- If my updated pricing no longer fits your budget, we completely understand.
- We kindly ask that you remain part of the Naturally Gifted family by allowing Tiesha or Marquita to continue providing your services right here in our salon.

Please know this: I will personally help with your transition to ensure you receive the same level of care, consistency, and attention you are used to. Your hair health, comfort, and confidence will always remain a priority.

This is not goodbye—it’s simply flexibility with love. Our goal is to keep you cared for, confident, and connected to Naturally Gifted in whatever way works best for you.
