Since 1928, the men and women of the Selkirk Fire Department have been protecting the community of the Selkirk Fire District. For over 80 years life safety and preservation has been our #1 goal. The men and women of the Selkirk Fire Department are always seeking new members to join us in continuing this proud tradition of helping those in need.

Wednesday nights are drill nights! Not only do our firefighters respond to every call they can, they dedicate every Wednesday night for training drills. This ensures crew members work together seamlessly, allowing them to instantly react to unpredictable, life-threatening emergencies.
Lastnight they were doing a live burn drill at the town training tower!
