Hello, I’m Catina, and I’m honored to be part of the Fab Over 40 competition!

This journey is about more than beauty—it’s about resilience, purpose, and the power of using our stories to inspire others.

1. A Cause Close to My Heart
At 40+ (or well past 40), I embrace the idea that life isn’t slowing down—it’s stepping into a new chapter of strength, boldness and authenticity. I’m living proof that beauty, ambition and impact aren’t limited by age.
If I can win this, it’s not just about the prize—it’s about helping redefine what being “over 40” looks like and celebrating every day we have.

I’ve lost more than one family member to breast cancer and had my own personal scare with atypical ductal hyperplasia, precancerous cells that increase your risk of cancer, so this cause is deeply personal. Supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation through this competition means standing for awareness, early detection, and the importance of regular screening—especially for women over 40.

2. Redefining What 40+ Looks Like
Life after 40 has given me clarity, confidence, and courage. I believe age is not a limitation but an opportunity to thrive, redefine beauty, and live with intention. I want to show that strength, purpose, and grace only deepen with time.

3. Advocacy and Impact
As the Founder and President of Inflamed Sisters Thriving, I advocate for women living with chronic and inflammatory diseases. I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces that empower women to find strength through struggle and hope through healing. Winning this competition would give me an even greater platform to continue this advocacy, amplify awareness, and celebrate the resilience of women everywhere.
