Angela brought us her 2023 Jeep Gladiator Texas Trail Edition with one simple request:

“I used my Jeep all weekend at the beach with the top off, and it’s so hard to hear the factory stereo. I need a system done.”

WE GOT YOU. 🔊🔥

Her Gladiator came equipped with the factory amplified audio system featuring 3” upper dash tweeters, 4” lower dash speakers, 3” tweeters and 4” midbass speakers in the tower soundbar, plus a factory subwoofer. Unfortunately, the factory setup just couldn’t keep up with Florida beach days and top-off cruising.

We started by removing the factory audio components and integrating a PAC Audio APH-CH03 Amp Bypass Harness into an AudioControl LC5i PRO Line Output Converter with AccuBASS® and signal summing. Power comes from a pair of Concrete Audio amplifiers, including a CA1200.4SLM 4-channel amplifier and a CA1500.1SLM mono amplifier.

The new setup features:
▪️ Concrete Audio CT38 3.6″ Super Tweeter
in the upper dash
▪️ Concrete Audio CCA6NDCFCX4 6.5” Carbon Fiber Cone CCA Coaxials in the lower dash
▪️ Concrete Audio CCA69NDCF4 6x9” Carbon Fiber Cone Midrange speakers in the tower soundbar
▪️ Dual 10” Skar VS-10 Shallow Mount Subwoofers in a ported under-seat enclosure

The result? Crystal-clear vocals, incredible output, and bass that you can feel. Whether cruising with the top off or parked at the beach, this Gladiator is now guaranteed to turn heads and keep the music front and center.

The smile on Angela’s face at delivery made every hour of the install worth it. Thank you for trusting JED Autoworx with your Jeep!

This is the 3rd MK7 GTI we’ve had in the shop over the last two months with a failed Coolant Shut-Off Valve (N82) — must be the Florida heat taking its toll!

We got ’s GTI taken care of by replacing the faulty N82 valve, then properly vacuum-filled and bled the cooling system to eliminate any air pockets and ensure everything is operating as it should.

Keeping these MK7s cool and reliable, one repair at a time.
