Here's one of my PDO threads cases. We did a 3-thread vector of lifting PDO threads on each side of the face to tighten the nasolabial grooves and marionette lines and to lift the jowels. Lifting threads show an immediate result that gets better with each treatment. Under the chin we used smooth PDO threads which get a much more gradual result over 3-4 treatments.
PDO threads are a dissolvable suture (stitches) material that makes your body build its own collagen and elastin as it dissolves. Collagen gives your skin a youthful, smooth, tighter appearance. Smooth threads can also be used to correct acne scarring, so if you know someone with residual acne scarring from their youth, send them my way because I'm dying to do one of those life-changing cases!!!

Here's a case to show the versatility of fillers and PDO threads. The patient did not like the smile lines she had (red arrows) and she wanted a more defined lip border (blue arrows.) I want to point out that the smile lines are NOT dimples, because getting rid of those would be silly.😁 we used a bit of Revanesse Versa+ to smooth out those smile lines, and smooth PDO threads to define her lip borders. She is thrilled with the new look of her cupids bow and so am I! 💘

Me and My Special Lady had some Sunday afternoon 💋fun! Juvederm Ultra XC to enhance borders, add volume, and correct minor assymetry. Only 0.7mL. Doesn't she looks FABULOUS! 🤩🥰
Also want to point out the difference in the corners of the mouth. Got a little correction in the downturn there.

I swear if I could do this all day I'd ditch everything else...

BIG thanks to these two ladies that let me work on their lips! 💋 I do need practice taking better pictures🙈 Left side was half a syringe which was the perfect way to start! Right side patient just wanted her upper lip to catch up to her lower lip. Both turned out beautifully and I can't wait to see the results when it's all healed up! 🤩
