After a break from teaching, I am officially getting back into the grove of things. I plan on offering more of a variety of yoga classes that will cater to a larger audience. Stay tuned for class schedules for 2024 🤍

Finding peace in the chaos, trying to remain calm when all I want to do it panic, telling myself it will all be ok and actually believing it. These are the struggles I think most people deal with, one thing is for certain the bad days make me appreciate the good ones even more. Tomorrow is a new day and I’m claiming health, peace and happiness 🩷
