Sunshine Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Control Room Operator for a local opportunity. This role is responsible for monitoring systems, coordinating operations, and ensuring equipment and processes run safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and communicating with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include monitoring control panels and computer systems, tracking operational data, responding to alarms or system alerts, documenting activity, and communicating with field or production teams as needed.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, computer skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to stay focused while monitoring multiple systems. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, utilities, or control room environments is a plus.
