I’m currently taking on new clients for personal training.

Please read: New clients I’ll be training only Tuesday’s & Thursdays .These days I’ll be training from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.!

All clients must have a membership at fitness factory.

STAY OFF THE SCALE💣 •Muscle weighs more than fat
•It’s discouraging
•Becomes habitual
•Results aren’t automatic
• Focus on the way you feel, not the number
•Take pictures instead
•Write down changes mentally and physically for 2 months. Use that as motivation to continue.
•Feel changes within four to six weeks
•See actual results within eight to 12 weeks

Everyone wants automatic results. Your body takes time.Consistency with physical activity and nutrition are the secret sauce. My body took years and I only started to maximize results when I educated myself and became consistent.
