Business Architect - Finance
· BS/BA degree in a business or technology related field
· +10 years of combined experience in business architecture, systems and solution design/analysis strategy, and other related roles.
· Demonstrated success in delivering innovative solutions for Finance organizations.
· Knowledge of Business Architecture processes, methods, and frameworks, including proficiency in business process modeling and redesign, and requirements creation.
· Enterprise-wide understanding of finance and business processes, systems and data at the scale of Fortune 50 multi-national companies.
· Strong knowledge of application delivery methods and familiarity with how portfolios of systems work together to create solutions.
· Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Software Development Engineer
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years relevant work experience
· Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
· Computer Science fundamentals in data structures
· Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
· Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C, C++, C #, Java, or Perl
