Lift Reiki

Hello! I offer 30 and 60 min Reiki sessions, as well as mindfulness / meditative art sessions, together or separately. I can come to you or you to me. Sliding scale fee. Suffering from a break up, loss of a loved one, recovering from cancer treatments, addictions, or just want to feel your best, clear your mind, sooth your nervous system, lighten your heart from stress?

I've been a Reiki Practitioner since 2013. I was certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho, or Usui System of Natural Healing — a Japanese healing art and a form of Reiki developed by Mikao Usui. I became certified as an art therapy coach in 2014. I have given yoga and art sessions through Class Bento and have very much enjoyed it. And have given a couple of art sessions at the West Seattle YMCA recently. I love doing art and find it mentally stimulating as well as soothing. And I hope we can get a chance to meet in a peaceful, healing and creative space.
