Seize The Oar believes in the transformational nature of the sport of rowing - its ability to challenge the body, synergize athletes and heal the spirit. We champion the concept of unified rowing by creating teams of athletes of varying abilities. We create access and novice-to-competitive opportunities through select programs all over the region, including group rowing events, team training and coaching education.
