Join us on Saturday, April 18 for our annual Spring Duwamish Alive! at Pigeon Point Park! From 10 AM – 1 PM, we’ll be part of a larger day of action happening across the Green-Duwamish Watershed! 💧

Get your hands dirty (in the best way!) as we:
🌱 Mulch newly planted areas
🌿 Remove invasive species
🌳 Help restore habitat for a thriving urban forest
✨ Tools, gloves, snacks & training provided
🌧️ Rain or shine we’re showing up!

Bring water, dress for the outdoors, and come connect with the community while making a real impact! 🌎

Your efforts will support local wildlife, protect our watershed, and contribute to a healthier Duwamish River ecosystem! Everyone is welcome, see you there! 💚

MLK Day of Service 2026! 🌿💚

Volunteers spent the day at Pigeon Point Park in West Seattle planting native trees, shrubs, and ground cover with DNDA’s Nature Team!🌲

Winter is planting season, and this work contributes to our goal of planting 4,000 native plants across West Seattle!❄️🌱

We had a total of 95 volunteers and 591 plants! 💪🌎

Thank you to all of the volunteers & supporters this MLK Day of Service we can’t wait for 2027!🤝
