Seattle Area Men: Next Saturday there is a free workshop being put on by the ManKind Project. Sort of a "Taste of MKP" I would call it. I urge anyone interested to go ahead and try it out!

In my 20 years of doing personal development work, therapy, retreats and workshops - to me, their work is the most powerful, accessible, and worthwhile for every man. It's basically a way to re-learn the extremely limited views we were given of what it means to be a man.
