Pandan is a tropical plant that grows in Southeast Asia. The leaves can be turned into paste and used in sweet and savory desserts. The flavor is an earthy, grassy vanilla, with a hint of coconut. I have fond memories of one of my favorite pandan jelly desserts growing up and had a recent craving for this nostalgic treat, so why not make a candle to replicate a scent that embraces it? 🥰
