Since I have started marketing my listings on website that are direct to buyers I have seen an increase in phishing emails and spam calls. So I am on high alert when it comes to suspicious links.

Well yesterday I met a guy networking who said he has been looking to buy a business for 2 years. That he has gotten good at valuation of businesses since he has been going directly door to door to business owners and telling them he wants to buy their business and looks over their financials.

We are getting coffee next week but our emails took a strange turn when he mentioned an investor list he had created and sent it to me as a link but mentioned I need to create a login to see it. Then he said this and I am now on high alert that he is probably trying to get me to sign in as an mlm down line or affiliate link.
