We’re excited to spotlight Patterns of Belonging, a special two-month exhibit at SPACE by FINERIE.

This immersive exhibition of large-scale abstract painting and hand-printed textile explores place, impermanence and the layered terrain of the human psyche.

Spanning over 5,000 square feet, the exhibition brings together acrylic, oil, encaustic and textile works that invite reflection on how we shape and are shaped by memory, history, land and belonging.

Drawing from her background as a psychotherapist specializing in somatic practice, Jennifer Leigh Harrison creates physically embodied abstractions that emerge through layering, excavation and gesture. The resulting works are both raw and restrained, offering viewers a space to encounter something deeply personal and universally human.

During Art Walk day, visitors have a special opportunity to experience this expansive exhibit from 10:30 AM–6:30 PM, giving you extra time to wander through the work before the evening Art Walk rhythm begins.
