A geological meet cute

Spiderlings gonna hatch where they hatch!🕷 We recently placed our stuffies out to dry in the sun after using them like reusable water balloons and to our surprise, we found spiderlings scattered about one of them. 😳Look closely and you'll see them in these photographs. 🧐

After emerging from their egg sac, spiderlings will spin a dragline and balloon away in the breeze. 💨One might find baby spiders on branches, fencepost, or tall objects where they can be high up off the ground to tilt their spinnerets up into the air, allowing the breeze to pull their silk out of their spinnerets.

Keep an eye out for spiderlings when you're playing outside and you too might get to witness baby spiders hard at work.
