Mandie is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skiing, PT, rehab, and injury prevention. She has worked with the US ski team for over a decade and helped hundreds of injured skiers get back to the sport they love through her clinical work. This week she shared her knowledge about the influence of hip mobility and strength on skiing with Magazine with tips and exercises to get started on improving that important, and often overlooked, region in our training plans.
