“When something is working, lean in and push the chips in,” said Rich Barton at last night’s . With Olly Downs moderating, and a full house, the event was inspiring for startups as well as people from all walks of life.

Barton told stories about his background, his successes and failures, and experiences while leading Expedia, Glassdoor, and Zillow. He also talked about what makes a good board member and shared this insight about leadership: "Disappearing is a great leadership development tool--leaders emerge when you're not accessible."
