We are the Health and Behavioral Innovations in Technology (HABIT) Research Group at Fred Hutch Cancer Center, dedicated to technology-delivered interventions for health behavior change. Our goal is to use innovative technology to help people achieve healthy behavior change to prevent cancer. Our major research focus is on acceptance-based interventions for quitting smoking.
