🎣 Seattle Salmon Week returns! From Nov 17-23, come and celebrate the incredible taste and story of wild Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon straight from the waters of Alaska.
As a way to say thank you to the many hardworking Bristol Bay fishermen and fisherwomen Sea Crestures wil be featuring delicious, wild caught sockeye on the menus at:

🌱 We love a good field trip! Especially when we get to meet the amazing people behind the farms. Earlier this month we took a visit with to to see forced rhubarb farming in action–a method of growing that yields quicker harvests and sweeter stalks.)
We loved it so much we brought back as much as we could to share them with you all at our restaurants! Find them on the menus, and in the doughnut cases at , and in the larder
