All JSIS ASA Families,

Due to the current circumstances and after a lengthy discussion, the ASA Team has come up with the following plan for the spring session of ASA:

• All spring classes will be cancelled immediately. Please expect to see vendors processing refunds to classes you are enrolled in within the next couple of days. Please reach out to our team ([email protected]) if you have not received a refund for your class by this weekend.

• We will monitor news, dates and information from our vendors to decide whether or not we can hold a shorter, spring session. If this ends up being a viable option, we will likely hold a short, quick registration to turn this around -- we will message as broadly as we can. There would be new dates and adjusted rates if so.

• Depending on what happens with the timeline for if and when school resumes, we may decide to NOT hold a spring session all together. We will communicate this as well

• Meanwhile, many of our vendors are offering online classes during this time and we know our community loves the classes they offer! We won't be managing registration of these classes; however, we will be compiling a list of these classes and will provide information on how to register for them through our website. When we have this ready, we will post this on our website and communicate through here so this community has that information.

Registration for our spring session is up and running! There are a few classes that would love to have more students that are super fun!

Lego Robotics & Engineering, Japanese Afternoon Fun, Peace Seekers, Soroban (learn math with an abacus!) and World Singing and Dancing

Of course there is still room in other classes so check them out! Registration open through this Sat 3/7!

Reminder -- registration for the Spring session is THIS SUNDAY 3/1 at 6pm!

We have a great roster of classes, old favorites and new ones --- like Soroban, Hip Pop, All Sports, Peace Seekers, Tennis, Dinner Club, Magic and more!
