Mountain Holler

When the pressures of life become too much for me to bear I retreat far away so as to regroup myself and rest. Always with a guitar, mostly with this one in particular, since I was twelve. It’s not about anything other than closing my childhood bedroom door in my mind to sit and play guitar alone and by myself. It’s the best spiritual weapon I have against rough times and it’s honestly been too long since I’ve sat on the edge of a bed and played only for myself. Here I can listen and learn, but most importantly it’s where I can think uninterrupted.
