HECATE SOLO STAR AWARD - Will we awaken tomorrow to find out who has earned the honour of First Solo Female Finisher? Esther Wheeler and Lillian Miller Kuehl are both so deserving! They have had an incredibly arduous journey with R2AK 2026 throwing out all sorts of gnarly weather - from blazing heat to wild winds and wicked rains! So proud that a human powered racer will be the first solo female finisher of the Race To Alaska! Congratulations to all the human-powered racers for packing in the miles this past week!!

Attended an amazing event on conservation and climate change organized by Rob Casey and Christie and others. Lots of great information and it was very well attended.
