For this project, we built one of our Standard Plus cedar privacy fences with pressure treated landscape timbers installed between each fence post to help retain soil along the property line. It’s a clean, economical solution that adds privacy while helping stabilize the grade between neighboring properties.

Details like this matter — soil constantly pushing against a fence can lead to early wear and failure over time if it’s not addressed properly. By integrating the timber retention directly into the fence line, we’re able to create a cleaner look while improving long-term performance.
