Last month, Companis welcomed David and Kim into placements with Volunteers of America Western Washington and Interfaith Family Shelter in Everett. Their expertise is already at work, building capacity that extends far beyond any single organization.

Through a new partnership with UW's School of Social Work, Companis placed MSW students at Project Open Arms, a trans-led nonprofit, where their work transformed how the organization welcomes new clients. Nine-plus months of skilled capacity. Real, lasting change.
