Ryan works closely with our multifamily clients on design repair projects, bringing a thoughtful approach to the complexities of existing buildings. He contributes strong design coordination and technical insight, translating challenging conditions into well-resolved solutions. Ryan holds a Bachelorβs degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon and serves as Co-Chair of the Young Architects Forum for AIA Seattle.
Most recently, Ryan achieved a major professional milestone by passing all of his licensing exams and is now a licensed , as well as completing his FAA licensure to operate commercial drones - which greatly supports our enhanced building documentation, inspections, and thermography capabilities.
