We’re celebrating with a cocktail that tastes like summer in a glass.
✨ Blueberry Spritz ✨
What you need:
VIVID Tart Apple5 oz Blueberry Syrup 5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Aperol
Lemon and blueberries for garnish
Ice
To make the syrup:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
Add the blueberries, sugar, and water to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. Mash up the blueberries. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool and use a mesh strainer when added it to a jar.
Now for the cocktail.
Fill a glass with ice. Add blueberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Aperol.
Top with VIVID Tart Apple. Garnish with lemon wedge and enjoy. Cheers!
