The Flemington

Mowat and designed by architect Howard Riley, The Flemington's imposing five stories of 52 apartments clad with red brick and a decorative balustrade dominated the Broadway roof-line for nearly a century. circa 1945 after which it frequently changed hands and was renamed "The Winters Building."
