When she entered through the Corson Building’s iconic and historic doors, she saw all her favorite people who traveled far and wide to be there, and proclaimed, “Ah, now I understand!” 😆😆😆 Weeks of preparation and hush hush meetings with her husband Adam and their two helpful daughters led to mission thoroughly and well accomplished!! High five! 👏🏼🙌🏼🥂🍾🎁🪩🎂

Even before the official start of our coordination period, she stayed in touch throughout the year, making it feel like she was a long-time friend.

In the month leading up to the wedding, Alice was on top of everything! She helped us organize our timeline, answered all of our questions (always available to chat), and helped us through the details we overlooked. When she took over vendor communications, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off our shoulders! She took into account everything we wanted and helped us incorporate it all. If you are wondering what marrying your best friend looks like, Lily and Nico are it! And talk about a FUN wedding, Lily and Nico sure know how to host a party! After working together for nearly a year, we celebrated their beautiful union early May at Court in the Square surrounded by their lively, loving guests and luxurious florals by Calla Rose! We took photos in the classic Seattle spring rain with Sola and Sam Lee, ate and drank through the night thanks to the venue’s bar and the all too wonderful Tall Chef Catering, and danced through the night with DJ Henski. Not to mention a fun photo booth with Photo Box and not only one but TWO claw machines from Lena / Insaiyan (twas a hit, especially with the kids, big and small, haha). And although Fry, their beloved dog, wasn’t at the venue physically, he was definitely there in cardboard, I mean spirit (thanks Voyage Prints)! To end the night, we danced til the very last second with late night snack noodles in classic Chinese to go boxes in hand, and the rest still standing headed off to the afterparty at Muse!

I loved every second of planning and celebrating these two, and I am so happy we get to continue to do life together as friends!! Lily and Nico - thank you for trusting me with your planning process, for making each moment fun and lighthearted, and for becoming such good friends in my life I never knew I needed and wanted, haha. I am so incredibly proud of you both, and will be forever honored to have been part of your special day! See you guys soon ;)
