A very nice flow made by ! I am a big proponent of giving students the space to create their own sequences and flows. Rather than expecting a finished masterpiece on the first draft, I want them spending time “doodling.” Brainstorm many ideas, make lots of mistakes, and get messy with it. Then once they find something that they like, they can pull out a clean sheet of paper, and draw it cleanly and clearly. “If you can’t come up with 10 ideas, come up with 20…you are putting too much pressure on yourself. Perfectionism is the enemy of the idea muscle.” -
Why mow the lawn, when you can shred it?
, or as we like to call him, “Young Ari.” An exceptionally intelligent individual, who is a pleasure to work with. He has made great progress in many facets of his practice, from acrobatics, handbalancing, strength, to mobility. Keep slicing it up man!
Spring into spring. It is heating up in Washington, and the coconut oil is starting to melt. I can now do acrobatics barefoot, without my feet going numb.
