This week we’re celebrating the Maintenance & Janitorial Team at Pilot Ventures. 🙌

We've been building our in-house maintenance and janitorial team for more than four years, and they are out in the field every day helping to keep properties clean, safe, and in general good working order. While others are out enjoying the sun, these guys are already thinking ahead and preparing for the rain, leaves, and ice/snow that will be here all too soon.

Last Friday, the Pilot Ventures team got their hands dirty volunteering at the Giving Garden at in Seattle. In just a couple of hours, we helped harvest and wash more than 150 pounds of fresh organic produce for the Sea Mar clinic farm stand in South Park. We also planted a new crop of peas and did massive amounts of weeding to prepare beds and give growing produce a chance to thrive. 🌱

This was our second time volunteering with Solid Ground, supporting their mission to build a strong community and remove barriers to food justice. We can’t wait to go back!
