Heavy lift, big payoff 💪🌊
The 7000lb stainless steel swim spa and hot tub arrived yesterday and were craned onto the upper level of this home—now sitting 45 feet above the beach with completely unobstructed views of Puget Sound. Not a bad place to soak it all in.

Windows (and doors) are on site! Well, the frames are. This is the pivoting entry door, a bedroom window, and the ADU front door. The fixed frames will be buried in the finish material, with only the glazing stops visible on the interior. And it was all done in metric, just to add another layer of complexity.

A different style of before & after: As this "Year of AI" draws to a close, we thought we'd dabble a little to see what it could do for us. After some nightmarish hallucinations by various LLMs, we went with a screenshot image from our 3D model, engineered a prompt, and after a few false starts we got back a pretty nice result. So much potential!

It's hard to convey before-and-after with commercial projects, but here's a few... Often they start as a blank box, or there's a lot of really worn out finishes and fixtures to strip out before the real transformations begin.
