Hi Everyone, I want you to meet Talula Tomato. I bought 3 plants this morning and I decided to have a little fun with them. I gave the other two to my Chefs and issued them a challenge. We'll see who gets the first ripe tomato, who has the best tasting tomato, whose plant produces the most tomatos by weight, and who has best use of recipe. Game on! Although I don't even think my plant is a tomato.....

Cascade Medical Center in Leavenworth, WA celebrated May 1 the IDDSI.org rollout. We had an information table set up next to the lunchroom for visitors to learn more about dysphagia worldwide.
