This weekend we honored & celebrated the life of , Julia Wynne, who passed away last weekend suddenly at Joshua Tree Music Festival.
To everyone at the show, thank you so much for being in that space with us. It was beautiful, fun, deep and sweet and everything in between, we love you for your patience and willingness to go there with us.

Jules was someone we would see in the front row at our shows, and my last conversation with her was about how we were going to throw a festival together with this band, and she offered her services as our stay at home manager. She always believed in me and we had great conversations years ago about what it means to find purpose and love in life. She loved the deeply, and it was a home to her even more than it is to us. She is an honest, hilarious, and supportive role model for all of us.

Fast forward to now and she had found and built a beautiful and massive community we all got to be a part of. This community is so inspiring and important to us as a band. Some bands are built on the backs of people who just love the music or look at it as the entertainment for the night. But we as a band are lucky enough to be held as people in this family of hers, both providing and being given space and love by people who have come from all over the country. We don’t get to be who we are without that, simple truth. We Thank you Jules so much, I love you forever and will honor that the best I can.

My heart goes out to the Wynne family and especially , we love you sister always and hope to see you soon, you always have our support. Julia has been an amazing mother to young Franklin, who needs support if you’re able. I will put a link in our bio for his fund. you have our support as friends and family, love you dude.

To everyone in our life, a sincere thanks for the impact you’ve made on us as a community and family. We drift apart, grow closer, see each other in passing. But no matter the quantity of our relationship, the quality is the same; meaningful and important always. We love you and hope you take some time to show love to your people always.
