As of late Monday evening, June 1, Bayview experienced a power outage due to a neighborhood wide service interruption. Seattle City Light is actively working to restore power as quickly as possible.

Whenever an outage occurs, our building’s emergency generator activates immediately, and our team transitions into emergency response mode. We take prompt steps to ensure resident safety, maintain essential services, and confirm that emergency communications remain available throughout the community.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working diligently to minimize disruptions while normal operations are restored. We appreciate your patience and support during this time.
