For years, Jaedra has poured her heart, creativity, and vision into this little restaurant. As a partner, leader, and friend, she has helped guide Bizzarro through challenges, growth, and countless memorable nights. ❤️

Jaedra has a gift for making people feel welcome. One of our favorite Host !! Whether she’s creating new ideas, supporting the team, connecting with guests, or finding a way to make things happen when they seem impossible, she brings passion and determination to everything she does.

She cares deeply about this restaurant, the people who work here, and the community that has supported us along the way. Her creativity, resilience, and big heart are part of what makes Bizzarro so special.

We’re grateful for everything she does and excited for what the future holds.
