👩🏻‍🍳We’d like to formally introduce Chef Jenniffer. This is a loooong over due introduction and appreciate post for the heart and soul of Standard Brewing. Jenniffer, lovingly nicknamed 🔥”Jenni-fire”🔥 by the staff, has been with Standard for 2.5 years, promoted to Chef 7 months ago.
When new faces walk through the door, they are often surprised that we have a kitchen, and then even more surprised by the quality of the food. Jenniffer has found a way to strike the perfect balance between perfecting Standard classics from previous chefs that the neighborhood has grown to love, and introducing new items and ideas from her experience cooking in Colombia, Spain, and Seattle. She’s not afraid of collaboration, and leads her team with warmth and compassion.

When she’s not at work, she loves to go dancing, go to concerts, try new restaurants, travel, and cook for her friends.

We are very grateful to have Jenniffer leading the kitchen here at Standard, so stop in, say hello and find out why we love her so much!
